Kaitlyn De Shannon
Kaitlyn’s attention to detail and methodical planning ensures that each client is treated like a family member with the highest level of care and enthusiasm. Kaitlyn joined our team whilst completing her studies at Newcastle University where she studied Bachelor of Business, majoring in Leadership and Management. As a valued team member, Kaitlyn has been assisting Carly and Alison since February 2021 and since then, has also undertaken further study with Macquarie University, completing the Conveyancing & Law Practice course. Kaitlyn received her conveyancing license in December 2024. Prior to joining the team at Experts in Conveyancing, Kaitlyn worked within a local real estate agency, so her understanding of the emotions that come with purchasing and selling real estate and her empathetic approach ensures you will be treated like a VIP each and every time you engage our services. When Kaitlyn isn’t assisting our clients with their conveyancing needs, you could find her catching up with friends or family, at the gym or exploring some of the Central Coast and Newcastle’s finest dining experiences.
